History abound in remarkable Ashbrook. Built circa 1936 on Park Road where the YWCA stands today. It was moved to it's current location in 1958 when Ashbrook was transitioning from the Ashcraft Plantation to a residential neighborhood. One of the first houses on Paddock Circle - horses grazed around the grounds until the early 1970's. Modern day Ashbrook offers a location that is tough to beat. Stroll across the street to Park Road Shopping Center, Dine on Montford Drive or spend the afternoon in Freedom Park.
